About the broadcast
La Vuelta a España is organized by Unipublic, part of Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO). It is the last of the season's three Grand Tours, and like the others it runs on a single host feed: every broadcaster carries the same pictures, and only the commentary changes.
The Vuelta is defined by its short, brutally steep summit finishes, and those are the days that get the longest live windows. Mountain stages are often carried for several hours, while flatter days are typically picked up for the closing phase, the finish, and the jersey presentations.
